
My experience has generally been positive. Like the people I work with. Like Risk leadership. Would like to see less stuff from RELX on social issues and things I don't see a appropriate for the workplace.
It is mostly positive. I'd like to see us take much of the money spent on ERG and DEI and put it toward our healthcare and retirement benefits.

I'm seeing higher salaries, benefits, and overall comp at competitors and in like job levels in companies in our space.
I am seeing people at other companies making more...headhunters are coming to us with higher pay ops, people are starting to pay attention.
We provide an important service to the world and our clients and I feel there is a dedication among our employees to continue to do that and improve.
I like the strategic direction that Risk leadership has in place. As for RELX, I'd like to see more focus on business and less on social issues in the workplace.
Not sure we are keeping up with other tech companies. Would like to see stock options improved as a way of having ownership of my company. I'd be more invested.
