I researched the market, even presented some salaries on multiple websites, including salaries from LN with the same title and grossly underpaid. Health benefits are horrible and can be the breaking point when someone decides to stay or leave. They need to priced lower with lower deductibles!
More motivation...2% bonuses at the end of the year is not motivational. Managers receiving more than 2% is sending a wrong message to employees. Managers are not showing/giving kudos/perks when doing a good job. It's like everything is going well so let's just leave that team alone.
