LN pays below market rates for talent making it hard to hire. HR and Compensation fight salaries for new people, raises, promotions, and anything else as if they personally get a $10k bonus every time they screw someone else. It often leads to resources shortages or subpar talent.

focus on hiring the right candidate for the job instead of "inclusion" hiring. it kills and team, moral, and results to not have a qualified individual on the team vs checking a box. I can list so MANY examples of being pushed to hire someone because of "diversity" instead of hiring the qualified
