There seems to be a disparity across related teams in terms of the compensation package. The company also does not give 13th mth bonus or performance bonus.
They are open to feedback on the ground, and take a serious view of ensuring a good balance in preserving hybrid working as well as ensuring the company culture continues to flourish.
Due to hybrid working, I have been able to maintain a healthy work life balance, as well as perform better than I would have compared to if I were required to head to and fro office every day. I maximise my use of time and this helps to moderate the stress of managing both work and family.
