I like having the flexibility of being able to work from home, from the office, or to temporarily adjust my schedule if a life event occurs.
I know people that have left, do the same type of work, and now make considerably more than they did at LNRS. Engineers, QA, Business Analyst, etc.
When a clear impediment to completing work projects arises, they have worked to eliminate, resolve, or workaround the issue causing the impediment. They let me try to figure out a way around the impediment first, but when I ask for help, they listen and respond.
