They could more effectively do their jobs. Some are great others are terrible.

I have a good manager. Not impressed with the next two levels above that.

No leadership, no training, no one above us cares. The only thing I can believe at this point is they are either absolutely incompetent as leaders, or they are intentionally trying to get us to quit.

Mid tier management is not good. Our senior director (3 tiers up from normal workers) routinely by passes the normal chain of command to assign tasks to line workers directly. He is disrespectful and a bully. This does not foster an environment of confidence and cohesion.
