They are just great. Great personalities. I spend time with them outside of office hour because we really get along

Other companies seem to be offering higher paid salaries for similar positions. There is also some disparity in pay for "NEW" similar positions within our company

I subscribe to glassdoor and other companies are paying higher for similar positions. Often when a colleague leaves the main reason is due to better pay. Seems new starters in some areas of the business are being offered higher salaries for similar positions too which does make me feel undervalued
