Start valuing people, not just lip service to an idea of creating positive environment for talent to flourish and achieve great potential. Start actually doing something about it. The rate of people leaving this company is scary.

valuing people and talent. SLT says all the right words, but actions speak to the contrary: no clear career progression, nobody cares when talent leaves, recruitment is poor and we can't beat the market, so end up with mediocre candidates at best.
