The company has a clear, transparent vision. And I fully trust in the leadership teams' decisions while guiding the company toward our goals.

when your teammates are like you in terms of all believing in the Core Values - and working to demonstrate those behaviors at all times (with each others and with customers)

During interviews for most positions, the candidate must demonstrate their skills to be able to do the job they are applying for - like give a presentation, complete a technical exercise, etc.
What makes you most happy at work?
Every day I learn something new, every day I make a decision that has an impact on the history of the company and every day I work along side the smartest and most driven group of people I have ever worked with!

getting sh$t done - having the autonomy to drive initiatives, makes decisions and move comfortably fast - seeing that growth and movement on initiatives from myself and my team ... when my teammates achieve their goals and are recognized by the company for the exceptional work that they do!

We have 6 core values - and it is hard to go through a day and NOT have a co-worker demonstrate at least one of those core values. We all truly live by those values - and it shows daily in our culture and how we interact with customers and each other!
