My team I am able to grow. Many of the leaders are green and this is where I believe I have the most impact given my background
As awful as this may sounds, I feel like some of us have gone to battle together and made it our alive. This is an overall feeling from the acquisition and the years afterwards (as well has the constant executive leadership changes as of late)
I believe we have a fantastic leader in Mary Powell. She gets it. She's "real world" and I truly believe cares for our employees and our customers. I appreciate the leadership team being "flatter" to the core employee group which is a newer change from Mary
I like that we try with diversity, inclusion and belonging. It did feel that it was not as impactful in the beginning but after a couple of years, I am starting to see more leaders become more comfortable talking about DIB efforts and I am starting to see change
