I have excelled in my sales ability, however I don't feel I received the training or guidance I needed to be successful until I started reaching out to other managers and members of the state in which I sell. I dont feel my desire for growth has been acknowledged or my performance has been rewarded.

leadership needs to be quicker to address time sensitive issues that directly affect timeline to installation and customer experience so that sales reps can continuing building a relationship with cu's post point of sale and therefore get more referrals/sugar sales.

I am deeply concerned about travel cards being taken away as many of us drive extensively and spend a lot of money on gas. the fact that sunrun is keeping us w2 instead of just making us 1099 then makes it so that we cannot write off our gas expenses.

I have several very unhappy customers that all express they signed up because the loved working with me and then post point of sale their experience was terrible. I am putting out multiple fires per day due to ops and risking clawback everyday for issues that have nothing to do with me.
