
Promotion 3 times in the last 3 years which is a a lot in the last couple of years but the pace is fast and I can keep up which is fun yet tiring. I feel we could do better with frontline communicating and slowing down and listening to the feedback we get from internal surveys but we do decent.

It's decent, just wish that we had more opportunity to move up in pay rather than once per year.

The ELT is clear, concise, and visible with their leadership strategy and involves the ground level employees in their vision + direction the company is heading in.
Having the flexibility to do what I love mixed with being challenged at work to do more and show up as my best self each and every day.
Communication + expectations and job security. They could do better with vision casting and goal setting + explaining this to the field and getting out in the field in my area more often though.
