I enjoy Sunrun, I love working in the collections department i especially enjoy the recovery department we switched supervisors and im hoping that we can continue the dynamic of communication, transparency, team building so that we can accomplish our overall goal and continue being successful

I do not feel necessarily undervalued, however i believe when it comes to opportunities available that can create diversity and create refreshing ideas internally there are some things that can definitely be improved on.

I am on the Recovery Department of Sunrun within the collections department,we assist with accounts that went to judgment, my formal supervisor Elissa she took the time to get to know us individually as well as within a team dynamic, it created a foundation of success for our expectations and goals
