It's been really wonderful so far, the headwinds that we face from a financial and company perspective are difficult, and I've seen a lot of friends get let go as a result, which is unfortunate. But Over-all, it's been a positive experience.

I always feel seen and heard. Everyone is very busy, but time is carved aside to deal with various issues on a case-by-case basis.

I like that we get commission on top of base pay, with quarterly incentives and paid trips if you're a top performer. The swag and company partnerships are great as well.

Everyone works together to make sure we're taken care of if someone's out sick or on leave. There's a decent amount of group chatter and we help each other with questions when we run into something we don't know enough information about.
