Plenty of chances to set yourself apart and grow, but once in leadership there is so much bureaucratic red tape that it creates incessant bottlenecks. I don't necessarily feel undervalued in a compensation context. I feel undervalued in a policy context. Whenever I ask questions about why Sunrun won't move into different utilities it always gets pushed downstream, and no progress is ever made. Local nuances don't seem to be taken into account.
