I like working at Sunrun. My manager is great, and my teammates are amazing. They make the environment I work in rewarding. The benefits are a bonus too!

We are constantly having to work OT and that is appreciated on occasion to make ends meet. In CA it is impossible to pay for housing with the compensation I am getting. So very sad and discouraging at times.

My manager is very supportive and knowledgeable of what it takes for those in the field to accomplish their work. The extra mile he goes is very refreshing. Any leadership above him seem very out of touch of what it takes in our market to contribute to our company goals. We are always stretched thin
