We really do trust each other. That trust comes from solid, dependable team work. There is always a respectable discussion when there is a disagreement. The disagreements are always more like, "Help me understand."

I love to work and get stuff done. So I wake up ready to get after it. I am most happy when there is a difficult problem that I know I can figure out eventually.

Co workers are more like friends, or people that you'd like to be your friend. It's just built into the culture. I've worked with the entry-level new-hire and a few VPs. All have the same friendly, helpful attitude.
