The bonus amount is not capped at a certain percentage. We can earn more if the company performs better than the annual target for the year. They pass on the cash to the employees for performing well.

The amount of collaboration and innovation on the team is so inspiring, especially over the last 2 years. TR's culture has shifted to more of an empowered employee model where everyone has a voice to share ideas and best practices.

O que você mais gosta nos lideres?

They are consistently proving they care about the employees and our well-being, especially through the unprecedented pandemic time. We did not do lay offs, the company added additional sick time to care for loved ones who were diagnosed and even added additional PTO day in response to COVID-19.
