What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Good work-life balance. I appreciate working from home full time and that leadership treats me like an adult.

What did you like most about the interview process?
Everyone was transparent. They got back to me when they said they would and it was relatively quick - only took 5 weeks and it was over the holidays.

I felt challenged, but I also felt like I was heard and understood with why my qualifications were up to par with the role I was applying for. I was able to understand why my strengths would be a good fit for the role by managers telling me.

I had a really great experience throughout my interview process. I heard back in good time, my recruiter was very easy to talk to and very knowledgeable, and the interview with the hiring manager felt fair with the questions asked. Good interview experience for me overall!
