I am able to have realistic goals to reach compensation but still have competitive rates that allow me to work hard everyday.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The emotional intelligence within my team doesn't go unnoticed. I enjoy being taught by others who are smarter than me and have strengths different than mine.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Now that we are WFH, I feel supported and trusted in my WFH space and that I am able to get quality work done and still get recognized for it.
What makes you most happy at work?
Again, I love how hard my coworkers work which makes me want to work hard. Everyone is supportive and enjoys the work we do, which makes the environment very positive.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt challenged, but I also felt like I was heard and understood with why my qualifications were up to par with the role I was applying for. I was able to understand why my strengths would be a good fit for the role by managers telling me.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The innovation and the initiatives lead by the leadership team gives me full confidence in the company and the direction we are headed in. I am able to do the work I am supposed to without worry that our leadership team is going to provide what's best for our employees.
