What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Stability in the leadership team would go a long way.

They come up with strategies, add a bunch of middle-management layers to "implement" them but don't hire people to do the work, so the strategies fail. They then come up with new strategies, hire more middle managers etc. Also, Steve Adler visits Toronto often but has never set foot in the newsroom

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Benefits are at least on par with corporate America, but I can't say they are better than. WFH opportunities are a huge plus.

I've been on a temporary contract for 1.5 years. Every time I'm told, next time I'll become permanent but has never happened. I was also forced to take a 50% paycut when I relocated.

Way to many bad customer experiences for me to get in to here. The company is well aware of the issues. I'm not convinced the company is capable of dealing with or solving the issues.
