Hourly rate makes it easy to not put in overtime.

They need to be more curious, set agendas for meetings, and stay on-topic.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They mean well, but many lifer employees seem to be asleep at the wheel.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The people I interviewed with seemed very excited to work here. I do not, unfortunately, work with those people.
