This was a great company, but in past couple years, we've seen our benefits cut and I expect we'll see more cuts in the future. The job is overall enjoyable and currently allows for a decent work-life balance, but overall I feel like it's going in the wrong direction.

I love the health insurance package and the HRA is a great benefit.

I enjoy the work I do and believe it has a positive impact. I also enjoy getting to work closely with my teammates of projects.

Communication. Not just making sure employees are in the loop, but leadership has poor communication skills overall. Please go take some seminars on how to effectively communicate with employees when giving good and bad news.

Constant cutbacks obviously don't do well for morale. Some may be needed, but it gives the impression that the company is doing poorly financially. Using inferior tools for our jobs pretty clearly hurts productivity. We're also seeing an increase in micromanagement which nobody appreciates.

Seeing our benefits go down after the merger and the company feels much less employee focused since then. Feels like we're just numbers to the company. Cost-of-living/inflation based raises, in ADDITION to performance based raises. Cost-of-living based wages should be a standard across all companies

Cost of living increases, in addition to performance-based increases, would go a long way. Especially for our lowest paid employees. Cost of living increases for them wouldn't be too crazy considering their already low pay rates, yet in past years they're lucky to get over 2% or 3% increases.

Paying employees a fair wage would be a good start. Whether employees are entry level or higher, many employees appear to be underpaid across the board. Cost of living has gone up significantly and yet our compensation has barely budged. It doesn't help that our benefits keep getting slashed.
