Management needs to make a case to workers about why growth is good for the regular employee who has no ownership share in the company. It just feels like more stress and pressure. Other than that, this is a great place to work.

I love working at Verisys. The company culture is great. I'm concerned about the direction that executive leadership is taking and competition. However, I'm hopeful that we'll be able to succeed by relying on great people at the company and making adjustments to our direction.

Adopt and implement a software development methodology. Some of the teams use Agile/Scrum, but there is no organizational support. Respect the teams. Instead of putting a developer on a special project, consciously change an entire team's priority. This makes priorities clear and keeps teams intact.
