
That we can rely on each other to get things done, and that there is a sense of unity and there is a positive atmosphere.
We get to know each other and we have a great time together. They are quite reliable in may different areas and it's creates a good atmosphere.
They are always trying to connect with others in the company, they also try and get to know all the employees and make sure they are cared for and understand the company.
That when I do my job well I am acknowledged that I am doing a good job and am praise. Also when there is something that I need to work on it's told to me in a kind positive manner that makes me want to work harder.
