I really loved my job for the first 3 years, but as of late I am really not a huge fan. I feel constantly undermined, ignored or talked down to by management. And I get shut down everytime I express I would like to grow or learn more for my specific role....

The employees are all different colors, shapes and sizes, but we all care about each other. We all make sure we are doing ok, and if we're not - the slack gets picked up.

I have expressed many times that I am interested in furthering my career, I would like to be trained to do so, or at least be reimbursed for schooling - my manager puts this off. How can I grow and learn and get paid more if I am being neglected of the opportunity?
