My experience at Appian has been overwhelmingly positive. They are very flexible and accommodating to everyone's different life situations. The platform itself is amazing and useful. Overall, it has been a fantastic 7 months.
Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
Appian is a great product with amazing employees. The people who work here are extremely bright and always do their best. I do question some of the decisions that come from the higher ups and that is evident in the number of people that have left recently. I think this might just be growing pains.

Very robust with no gaps.

Everyone seems to want to put their best foot forward everyday.

Everyone is on the same page and we know what our goals are. Everyone is always willing to help when needed and collaboration is easy.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being given the freedom to create and manage my workload based on the goals we've set as a team. I am not micromanaged at all.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are several groups for different aspects of life. We have a fitness and health group, an environmentally friendly green group, a mentorship group and others.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They clearly care about the direction of the company and the employees within the organization. They are generally available and transparent with us and are focused on the goals that have been set.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It's a very comprehensive package that covers many of the things an employee would want in their benefits. Flexible PTO, Full healthcare benefits with multiple options and many perks to address mental health.
