
The structure of the company needs to change, leadership should not be selling full time
when I finally make some money after putting in a ton of hard work on my own and getting little to no acknowledgement for my hard work
No 401k match is absolutely outrageous, no company perks with meals, no car stipend for sales people who travel often and basically the company is cheap overall. Base salaries are low and even commission structures are low.
would be nice to get out of the office more as a team, have the team decide together on quarterly outings and not just managers deciding what the activities are, meal perks for those who come into the office (catered lunches or credits to use)
