
A little more empathy for matters from the management team, pay increases across the board, build morale back by allowing employees to have hobbies and things they enjoy to do at work.
At times, when personal matters arise, I don't feel heard or may feel pressured to address them in order to maintain the needs of the business, as if my concerns aren't as important. I've been with this company more than 15 years , in different roles, and don't feel as if my pay rate is suitable.
