We support each other really well and work together well. We see each other as a team and therefore we are not afraid to assist each other and help each of us be successful
Its not that I feel undervalued as an employee. I feel I get a lot of verbal support from the team, leadership, etc. From a compensation standpoint, I do believe that the role could be more aligned to the market and for cost of living.
