My game changers and how positively I have affected them
My boss is always trying to boost morale with incentives and open communication for the game changers
Not having favorites during different shifts. We are one and should work like one. There's lack of communication with morning vs evenings and I have addressed multiple times but nothing has happened. There is little to no coaching happening from a few on the team.
I feel undervalued after being here 11 years and still have to interview if a project sunsets. Team leads have alot of responsibility and I feel are not paid enough for them. More merit increases instead of once a year. Possible monthly incentives for all team leads not just a few.
