It's been great. I have worked at several programs met new people and have learned alot. I want to continue to do so. But I feel I need opportunities that I am not getting

Not having favorites during different shifts. We are one and should work like one. There's lack of communication with morning vs evenings and I have addressed multiple times but nothing has happened. There is little to no coaching happening from a few on the team.

I feel undervalued after being here 11 years and still have to interview if a project sunsets. Team leads have alot of responsibility and I feel are not paid enough for them. More merit increases instead of once a year. Possible monthly incentives for all team leads not just a few.
