There is no OT for Supervisors and managers expect us to work for 12 hours and get the work done. So OT and monthly recognition with points along with quarterly travel plans should be given.
Making real time arrangement of resources by blackmailing. They blame it on the Client demands them expect us to be flexible with our role instead of hiring people for that department. Also Leadership team should give some time to groom the subordinates who are just moving into 9B from a 10.
