It started off really laid back as we were learning the ropes and now that we have a good grasp it is as if people expect miracles to happen with low staff numbers

We help each other out a lot.

The PTO and benefits are great.

I don't have direct contact with customers and never feel rushed

Getting to work with someone who has a similar work ethic to my own.

For the most part they all tap into the collective genius and look out for everyone's safety

They take time to make everyone aware of where we are as a company on a monthly basis

My team has great work ethic and knows how to get stuff done. We are detailed and keep up with the pace.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It has its moments when it can be laid back but here recently I feel as though a whip keeps stinging everyone's backs
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to come to work and not worry about customers coming in and getting upset because we don't have any at the facility
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The morale is low and the only ways to fix that are to change the pay structure or change who is overseeing the facility
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I think it's ridiculous that the only way to make more money is by getting promoted. How can you expect people to stay if they are capped out when they hit their final promotion? Give people a yearly raise based on performance so people can strive to be and do their best in this company.
