everyone is capable of the same job and all the duties are equal why are there different rankings

There are a select few individuals who are driven and resourceful into finding out how to resolve any issues or questions.

Dealing with consistent changes in operation that does not improve work flow and makes situations more difficult than they have to be in order to accommodate the same exact individuals every single time.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I don't feel undervalued but I feel the compensation is a bit unfair due to the current workload that is divided among other employees. It seems there are specific individuals with less duties as time passes and are being compensated the same.
