All good, no current complaints.
Overly positive. Rarely do you find a company that truly lives by their values. I could go on for hours about the stuff the company has done behind the scenes to take care of their employees that would be dream talking points for a PR person. But the company doesn't do it for the recognition.
It's been great for the last few years. I look forward to going in each day. Challenging but exciting.
Health, Retirement, PTO is all great.
The people I work with.
The people I work with.
The people I work with.
They care about your well being in and outside of work.
Safety, Culture and Team Work is not just posters on the wall.
Hard to pick just one. Pay and benefits are second to none.
They do care about their workforce. It's not just a useless mission statement or lip service.
They don't take themselves too seriously but go above and beyond everyday to get the job done.
The people I work with, hands down. Followed by the new and exciting things the company is doing.
Use of a company vehicle to get back and forth to work is huge perk, especially in today's climate.
Show a genuine interest in your personal and professional growth and provide ways for you to Be and Become Your Best Self.
The company backs you and helps build you up not tear you down. The company practices what they preach. It's not just lip service.
Hard decision, the PTO and Heath benefits are great. One is awesome when you want it, and the other is awesome when you need it.
Bunch of hard working and hard playing individuals. You can always count on them to get the job done and make you laugh while doing it.
Work hard and play hard. They make the job even more enjoyable. They are always willing to lend a hand to help get the job done.
Majority of companies have a list of "Values, Culture Statements, Employees First etc" that are nothing more than lip service. The leadership team here doesn't just repeat these, they actively live them.
Having a company that goes above and beyond to hold true to their commitments to the employees and environment. I could give multiple examples of the ways in which they have done this, but most are not my stories to tell.
We are like a big family in my group. We may fuss at each other from time to time, but I have never worked with another group of folks who would, and have, voluntarily come in on their days off to give you a hand.
