A nice size: not too small and not yet too big, but growing fast. Creates interesting and challenging problems, and because it's running at startup speed, this makes work interesting and not-boring. Love it!

Somewhere between startup and full-fledged, it mixes the best parts of both: a relatively stable (as much as AI can be called stable) business, with paying customers, but on the other hand it's very dynamic and expanding as a high speed. And always cutting-edge.

Fast moving. Always new problems, but solving them is a doable and rewarding challenge.

Very clear vision and they do what they say. Generally good communication from top to bottom, and also feedback is well received.

Everyone knows his/her peers even when they are in a different country. Everyone respects everyone else and there's no backstabbing or badmouthing.

Working with my colleagues on new problems. There are always new problems to solve. Sometimes small ones, but sometimes it's exciting big ones.

Very fast moving, but the vision is clear and everyone is very supportive. If you need help from anyone, they'll either help or know who can (and will) help.
What makes you most happy at work?
I expect new challenges every week at least. And so far they were all doable and in my control, and they get eventually done. Sometimes the same day, sometimes weeks later.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Fun team. Hard working when needed, but also a lot of fun to interact with during not-so-busy times. Everyone is helpful. everyone has some outstanding skills and is happy to share their knowledge.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Visiting us, which is a big thing as we are multiple hours flight away. And then talk with us about various company related topics, and it feels like a discussion and not a lecture.
