Low pay, no benefits, on call all day as manager. Hiriing help is a nightmare since nothing is offered for benefits and minimum wage, end up hiring bottom unreliable bottom feeders. Reputation of the “type” of people that work at DD is so bad that most well educated people will not even apply.
