Not spreading bad commentary and rumors, or personal information about their employees. Maintaining a professional environment.
It isnt always bad, but sometimes if management is in a bad mood it can bring everyone else down. It really depends on the day.
I've been working there 10 years, still minimum wage. I'm a shift leader, still minimum wage, I cover 3 different shifts including opening and closing, I come in during hurricanes, holidays, blizzards, blackouts, etc. Feeling a little under-appreciated
We need better training. It is not that they aren't trying but that they are learning. They don't have the time to know what they are doing. Management, and farther up do not have the patience to give quality training.
Some kind of benefit to you being a loyal employee. Yearly raises would be nice. Treating the employees like people instead of bodies. Saying that someone who has been there for 10 years is the same as someone who has been there for 2 weeks. Not enough space here to fix the problems.
