
They need to be more on top of their employees, addressing those who call out many times, those who show up late, those who do not work, etc. so that the good employees are treated properly.
Truly, working at Dunkin Donuts started off good. Eventually, the owners took away food privileges, stopped enforcing rules on all employees, and the pay just is never enough for the amount of work certain head-first employees complete in a shift.
Many members on my team work well and hard, while some have that "show up, get paid" attitude where they walk in when they want, sit around and do whatever tasks they want even if it isn't in their assignment, etc
