Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
It used to be really great but in the last year in expanding things just have not been the same. I feel like I am being treated unfairly, and company values have gone away.

Being able to complete bigger projects to ease others.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I feel underpaid, unheard of my problems, I never feel like I could reach a promotion.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
A lot of my co workers do not understand what I am going through and arent empathetic

Just the people. So many people at Fetch are super welcoming, love where they work, and love what they do.

The overall atmosphere is always positives. They always support me as a person, make sure I am growing where I want to and occur projects I enjoy
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There is a lot of clashing of personalities. A lot of my team has great skills, but we do not know how to come together to make good team work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Unlimited PTO, this makes it super easy for me to want to take the time I need for myself and to make sure I never have to worry about taking time off
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been paid the same amount for almost a year now but in the last year I have tripled my responsibilities. In addition I was promised quarterly raises and havent received one
