Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

401k contributions are not enough. Compensation is on the low end for someone with my experience and education level.

I am good with my compensation; although lower that other opportunities, the trade-off is work life balance and remote work options.

Company 401k contribution is lower than other companies. 5 year vesting period is long. Outsiders coming into the company are paid higher than internal employees at same level.

What are some of the best things about your team?

My teams' approach is to get work done and provide a high level of customer service; tasks are approached with the intention of creating the greatest good for the group.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Departmentalization creates some conflicting goals which have an effect on organizational goals. What is good for one department and its goals adversely affect the goals and workflow of another department.
