I am paid far below the midpoint of my salary range even though I have received exceeds expectations on reviews.

Mainly due to a bonus structure that is virtually unobtainable based on the work performed. Realistic bonus, better benefits, more vacation time.

A bonus structure that is obtainable for those who provide quality work and great customer service. More robust benefits, more vacation time for better work/life balance.
