I really look up to my Mentor/Leader, Christine. She expresses appreciation of my accomplishments and listens to my concerns. That is the most valuable type of recognition for me. I feel heard. Also, my team is exceptional. Everyone works together toward our goals and we celebrate successes.

Different options available for insurance coverages ie. medical life dental. Something I would change is the clarification regarding use of sick time. our company needs a clarification about when it is ok to use sick days as mental health days. Some take them some do not. What is ok and what is not.
