Our manager has a news letter she puts out sometimes, and it highlights what achievments we've made

I like hearing when the service associates know their customers/members and interact with them. I think that's important!

Most of us are easy going! We enjoy our job and make sure we don't take things overly seriously.

No one is uptight and stiff. Everyone seems casual and they don't take themselves too seriously. However they're professional :)

Each co-worker is willing to help the next. It is not an environment where people are like "you do it"

Mitch is a great boss! He's encouraging, he asks us what we need to do our job better. He's a great role model!

Vacation and sick time for part time employees is important. I also like that they encourage us to give back to the community!

It's nice that we know a good amount of our customers. It is nice to see some familiar faces over and over again.

I like that everyone has been welcoming so far. They seem to make me want to feel part of the team and I really appreciate that!

As far as the environment- the customers are nice for most part and upbeat. I like that we play music in the office and it's not a stuffy feeling in here

I appreciate that most of my teammates are eager to help me. We are not competitive with one another. We all strive to do well for our branch so it helps that we are on the same page

I like the fact that I'm not constantly scrutinized by the team. They let me do my job and if I have questions, I can ask. (this is re: the people on the teller line and my fellow CRR teammmates / SA teammates)_
