I have met SO many incredible people so for that I am thankful for. Outside of that, the integrity of our internal structure is slowly eroding due to incompetency, blindness by our leadership team, and consistently putting band aids on things. We can and have been better.
My manager. If they left, I would certainly leave.
I love our comradery. Our manager really brings us together as well.
I think they are trying to do what is best for the company and you can see it. What they tell us seems genuine enough.
The DEI groups hands down. Those have been a game changer for me. I feel more connected to the company and my colleagues as well.
It would make me feel better if I didn't constantly think about leaving for a year and coming back to make more because that is the only way to get paid decently here.
I love my manager and the support they provide. We have a great team that gets along really well and works together well. We all have the same goals and personalities that mesh well.
This is only applicable to part of the executive leadership team. I like how they are transparent and personable. They make it easier to relate to them which makes it easier to believe in what they are saying.
I guess my team? My manager? Honestly there isn't really anything that makes me happy at work. If I was able to do the work I wanted to do instead of outdated, unnecessary processes, I would probably be happier.
