
It is a good one but there is room for improvement: automation is needed and also leaders should learn to appreciate more their employees.

The flexibility they offer in approving free days and the involvement in different projects but also involvement in supporting me participate to different events organized by the company
I feel undervalued because as much as I love to be autonomous, I would also love to learn new things from my manager and do assignments with him or at least involve me in some new projects/trainings.
It took 2 years for a salary change and when I received that was not with a big impact ( approximately 80 euros after 2 years is an alignment more than an increase) and my bonus performance scheme was impacted as well - negatively.
