Being able to work remotely is one of the last great perks which helps with the home/work experience.
No career path, no raises after five years. Poor communication from executive levels to lower level full time employees.
Growing existing business, new client growth. Rewarding employees. No raises for 5 years is unacceptable. Communication from CEO. Pretty much nonexistent below Director level.
If there was something to aspire to, understood there was a good future here would help tremendously. Executives need to do better with sales growth, rewarding existing employees (vs hiring new employees for new positions), and communications/transparency.
