
I love what I do, helping others. However, I believe that if rules are there they should be applied to everyone, not just some. There needs to be better support from the Team Leaders above the Coaches.
Everyone works together to help each other.

Getting rid of the "favoritism".
The most positive is the Team Leads that our Team has, we have 2.
Everyone needs to be in compliance with PEAKOS. This is not happening. There is too much favoritism going on.
The fact that we get along and all work together as a team to keep our metrics up, as well as being connected.
This is only in regards to my direct leadership (Coaches), they provide inclusion, excellent coaching's, guidance, a sense of belonging, and caring about each of us. I do not see this from some that are their leaders.
In all honesty, since the merger it seems that the 'newer" side of the leadership team shows a lot of "favoritism" and not enough of everyone being treated the same. There are too many people who are not in line with PEAKOS,
Having a better pay rate, benefits where we can afford to see the doctor, having VSP as our eyesight plan again. Starting the engagement for ALL associates in Teams, with the perks like we used to have in STC. Like winning items, occurrence buy backs, gift cards, etc.
The cost of living has continued to go up, however our pay has not. We do not feel the need to get rich, however, we shouldn't have to struggle with paying bills, getting health/eye care, and necessities. Raising the pay health coverage with lower deductibles. Please bring back VSP for eye care.
