
i can't seem to think of any.
we are hard working and can persevere the stress but we are just human beings.
not putting a lot of pressure and workload to employees. the pay couldn't even compensate the physical and mental stress of overworked employees.
again - handling too much accounts causing phyiscal and mental stress. they only looking at the ratio not the complexity of each programs.
got a lot of programs being handled. with less people to handle the accounts. they dont seem to understand how each program works or how complex. >10 programs for a manager even a planner is too much. increase the salary permanently an incentives. do not look at ratio! look at the workload!
