I know I am heard, while the leadership team may not be able to change something, they listen and that is most important.

How they want employees to engage. I have worked with the company for over 20 years, and this is the first time I have seen the @home teams be involved and engaged.

We are a family, and we care about one another. We are always helping one another out. We are a well-oiled machine, and we understand our expectations in our job making our daily life at work very manageable.

The accomplishments we see in our agents and coaches. For example, if we tell the agents and coaches our empathy and assurance is down, I can promise that number will increase in the next week. I love our successes and growth!

Почему вы чувствуете себя недооцененным(ой), и как ваша зарплата могла бы на это повлиять?

My program is a smaller program. We do hit our monthly metrics and our SKEPs and follow ups. Due to being a small program and we do not bring in a huge amount of profit, I feel we are at times overlooked for our hard work and our monthly accomplishments.
